A traditional Indian blanket,
the dohar is your all season blanket.
Dohars can be a 3 layered blanket as well as a two layered.
In a three layered blanket, the
middle layer of the dohar is made of
cotton flannel. Cotton Flannel is well known for its warmth thereby making
it apt for making a dohar. The outer
layers are made of cambric fabrics. This fabric is exceptionally soft.
An even better feature is that
these dohars get softer with every wash.
Being lightweight they are easy to carry in travel as well.
